You are expected to complete the following steps, all based on GENERAL MOTORS-
• Discuss the history and growth of the organization.
• Discuss the mission /objectives /goals of the organization.
• Discuss the social responsibilities and environmental friendly activities of this company.
• How has this company created sustainable competitive advantage for itself? Describe with details.
• Perform a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis for the company.
• Identify some markets that the company serves outside the American boundaries.
Discuss with some (at least two) examples, how this company adjusts its marketing strategy to meet customer requirements in international markets.
Guideline for the Assignment:
• All groups must turn in a paper analysis + 1 page for references.
• The assignment should be typed using Times New Roman 12pt. font and with 1” margins on all sides, 1.5 line spacing, stapled and revised for grammatical and spelling errors.
• It will be graded on the quality of research, content, analysis, presentation, creativity and clarity.
• Your paper should have titles, subtitles and page numbers.
• You must include the Works Cited.
